I just used one of my pretty antique bowls for a picture I took for my hubpages. It was fun to get it out!

I've got a similar bowl. My in-laws used it as a flower planter for years (!) so it has some cracks on the inside and I can't use it for baking. I use it as a fruit bowl holding my apples and bananas on the counter instead.

Nancy Jo, I have been out of touch with your blog for a bit. Completely missed your drawing - what a gorgeous grouping of treasures! But, I wanted to tell you how much I enjoy your photos. You have a way of putting things together so that they are so pleasing to the eye. Oh, and that white plant sets my heart racing. Pretty!

Hope you have a lovely Mother's Day. Thanks for brightening my day.

I use my old bowls all the time. They hold bananas, salads, hang around looking good in my kitchen, and I keep finding a home for more. Found a nice soft yellow one the other day for 10.00. HAve not posted it on my blog yet, but I will soon.
