Anyone have a easy zuke muffin recipe? My dh had grown manyyyyyy zukes this year

I posted a chocolate zucchini bread recipe last week on here, I'm sure you could use it for muffins...it's great! 2012 canning season has began is the title of my post if you are interested. I have several recipes on there for zucchini.

Candy has one that is absolutely delicious (we put in chocolate chips). Here is her blog (she uses a dry mix, also on her blog)
