My husband had a great interview today for something that could be her career until he retires. I am really hoping that this works out. If you could keep this in your good thoughts and prayers that he gets choosen and also that we hear soon- that would be amazing!

Hoping that this job does work out for Doug... how exciting it would be to have a nice stable job for many years to come- especially in this economy!

Thanks everyone! We both are employed right now (Thankfully!) but he is very unhappy in his current job and it is eating away at him. He had a 90 minute interview yesterday with his prospective immediate boss and the two owners. He has loads of experience, just not neccessarily managerial experience but he has been leads and supervisor in the past so hopefully it works out!!

Alee, people-smarts can be so much more important than experience in management positions. I sure hope the interviewers keep that in mind. What a happy feeling it would be to have a job that you could keep until retirement! Jobs that eat at your husband really have a way of ruining your day, too, don't they!
Best wishes that it all turns out in your favor. Hope you hear soon. The waiting part is the worst!
