I have an affliction for Pendleton woolens... be it blankets, throws, shawls, clothing...
I keep Pendleton woolen robes in each of my trailers... as well Pendleton shirt/jackets in my trailer and my home closet.
When ever I find a Pendleton anything at a good price... I scoop it up. So my newest find is this jacket... and it looks to be brand stinkin' new! and the best part, $6.00...SCORE!
And here is my newest find.

I also scored this almost new Scottish Lambs wool scare for $2.00

I also found the sweet little girl embroidered cotton gloves for $1.50....
twas a great day to Thrift!

Ooo! Good catch! I love Pendletons too and they find their way into my woolen stash when ever I find them out thrifting or yard sale-ing. Those gloves take me back to Easter bests of my girlhood =}

I've drooled over that jacket in the catalogs more than once.

I've been collecting their legendary coffee mugs each year too.

I just cut up two Pendleton blazers for the wool to felt--they were 55 cents on the outdoor rack at my thrift stores. Everything that doesn't sell goes on the outside rack for 55 cents.

I was given a pretty trashed up wool Pendleton blanket.... I washed it 3 times...& dried it 3 times...it is soooo thick now.... :>)
anyways I cut it up and made 2 toss pillows with it...and I used the fringe on one of the pillows....
Not bad for -0-$
JoAnne, score on the 55cents rack!

I've gotten some good deals on that 55cent rack--heck the buttons on some are worth that.

Somewhere around here I have a black-and-white photo of me at age 3 doing a little ballet pose on a Pendleton wool blanket that was given to my parents as a wedding gift. I loved that thing so much -- and was crushed when I came home for a visit in my 40s (or thereabouts) to discover my mom had gotten rid of it. Waaaaa! I'd love to have one like it now. Y'all have got me started....

Wow! That's a beautiful jacket. I can't believe you found it, much less at that price.

There's a store near my parents that has a bin of old Pendleton shirts -- they're all small sizes, but I love sifting through it and thinking of rugs that could be hooked with them. My kids refuse to wear the shirts because they're "itchy" -- I worry about them being spoiled with fleece, but then my youngest went off the school wearing a wool cap I knit for her this week.

Enjoy your finds!
