Today:

1. Bees are all over the place! Saw a lot of hiney bees and some bumble bees too!

2. I have all the black gold I need in the goat pasture out back. Why do I buy dirt?

3. Got 4 more blueberry bushes planted.

Ok.....I usually don't make mention of peoples spelling or mistypes, but Kristin.....this is just too darn cute to pass up. You've got some very strange bees in GA. I can only imagine what a "hiney" bee looks like! Lololol.

My 3 for today are:
1.) Funny mistypes that make me giggle and put a smile on my face :D
2.) Seeing family that you don't get to see that often
3.) Long drives in the country

Oh my goodness, that's too funny! Didn't even notice it and I hate to make mistakes like that. But it's going to stay because people won't know what you're talking about. Thanks for pointing it out though. I will check before I hit the submit button again.

I will have to see if there are hiney bees now. Maybe in Hinesville, Ga? It could be a new breed.

1.) To have the money to actually start looking at land!
2.) I feel blessed to witness the birth of the spring lambs and watch them take their first wobbly steps.
3.) To watch my sweetie, the coffee addict, take his first blissful sip of morning brew and know that I make a darned good pot of coffee

Well, I think YOU'RE adorable, too, Tammy! What a beautiful family you are!!! :)

1) Realizing this morning that there are only 7 more weeks to go 'til homeschool is over for this school year!
2) Remembering my grandfather's laughter as he watched The Carol Burnett Show. And subsequently laughing and crying at the same time, myself - what a thing!
3) A faithful friend stopping by with her bi-weekly drop of buckets filled with compostable goodies!

Happy Day!

I've wanted to do this since you started, but I'm usually at home with the Ipad and darn I hate typing on that little thing!

So, for Monday (after such a glorious weekend spent with my family)

1. My daughter and my husband, our dogs and our humble little existence. You don't need much to be insanely happy!
2. My new church. I've been looking for one for ages and this feels just right--the songs and music are beautiful (and the ones my Great Grandmother hummed all week long about the house), the people are friendly and engaging, and there is a wonderful children's program.
3. Blessed with dear friends who support me, encourage me and help me remember that this life, it's a short one, and to go after my dreams or even just spur of the moment happiness.

2) Being blessed to be able to babysit for two of the sweetest little girls in the world!
3) Taking my dog for her first walk this spring, and watching her 2-year-old self shining through her 13-year-old self - perky ears, prancing and all!
