Sharon this is the first year our grapes have produced enough that I may be able to make jelly. Ours also are the concord grape with seeds. I used to eat them at my gramma's house when I was little. She taught us kids to just squirt the inside into our mouths, swallow it and toss the skin. Do you have a favorite recipe and if so would you be so kind as to share it?
