Have a good day Kem and post a picture of something you draw if you have a chance. I would love to see one.

This is a good idea Ann!

Here's my "always looking for" list
- buttons
- bottle caps (like off different types of beer or soda)
- fabric scraps
- red work patterns
- picture frames
- anything nurse related

that's just some of the stuff Im always hunting... Just let me know what you would like to barter for it - I crochet, I make polymer clay magnets, fabric flower pens, punch needle.... pretty much a little of everything I do :)

Up for sale or barter for something I can use for a handmade gift for Christmas.

$25.00 or barter for soaps, dish cloths, hand craft, needle point or embroidery.

It comes with the Interactive DVD and Step by step-guide-book.

Like new!

Ann,
My dishcloths arrived today!! Thank you so much!! They are wonderful. Hopefully in a few months I'll be able to make a simple one :) Thanks for the hot chocolate and apple cider too! It's snowing right now so they'll be good for an afternoon treat.
Thanks for swapping and have a very Merry Christmas.

Hello Farmgirls,

This is my Master List of "Always Looking For" Barters

Would love to get empty foil/plastic wrap/wax and parchment paper containers and the cardboard bottom part from Velveeta boxes for crafting. Please no sharp cutting edge.

I am always looking for vintage linens of all kinds including flour sack materials.

Blue Ball Bail wire jars (the kind with the glass lids).

Pretty glass bottles (slender ones that are clear or colored and use corks) to use for my herb vinegars and fruit syrups.

Would love to add to my silver iced tea spoon collection, one at a time. A very dear farmgirl turned me on to these, I just have one now and would love a few more to share with friends/company as she does :)They have a way of making whatever your drinking very special!

And also rag rugs, runners, potholders and placemats. Just love them!

Hankies, lots of hankies. And Bandanas, lots of them....

Any type of scented drawer liner.

I have several things to barter with: old silverware for crafting, wine corks, vintage cookbooks, magazines, lots of glass jars (small ones only),local honey (ohio), my special blend trail mix (the world's best), and fruit syrups.

I also can send baby swiss cheese and trail bologna (A very popular local treat by the Amish).

Thank you,

Jayne

Hello Ladies!

I have an assortment of yarn-some I don't think have been touched.

I also have a plethora of liquor bottles-most with the tops, so that you can use for simple syrups, vinegar etc.

I'm not looking for anything in particular-I would love to receive something that you've made with them.

Let me know if interested via email.

Hi, ladies!

Can I share a "The Lord uses all things for His purposes" story with you?

I bartered with several of you for denim. I've been just itching to do some repurposing with it, and bartering is always so much fun. Well, tonight on Facebook, a classmate of mine from high school posted that her church is collecting denim to repurpose into shoes for children in Uganda. Needless to say, I messaged her right away and said "How/when would you like me to deliver some for you".

Thank you all so much for participating in the barter here - your old jeans will be on their way to AFRICA!

Also, I received 2 STUNNING pillowcases. Those will be made into pillowcase dresses and sent to either Haiti or Africa. Waiting to hear if classmate's church would like them. If not, they will go to my aunt's church, which was collecting them.

This is such a great topic! Thanks so much for starting this. I just started needle felting again so I guess I am looking for colored roving. I'm also always looking for fabric scraps, broken jewelry, cloth doll patterns, any kind of doll patterns really, and old photos.

hugs,
Marcy

So here is my first attempt using my colored pencils you guys sent me. I drew the butterfly and then just started coloring. I am not an artist, but a crafter. So please enjoy this in the aspect of crafting, not being a professional artist by any means. Sure have enjoyed the colored pencils though. Hope to start using to draw human hands, legs, lips, eye, etc. I would love to be able to draw and shade well. Practice makes perfect. Thanks again for sharing.
