Aw, CJ - I'm so sorry you're having such a rough time of it. Not fair! You deserve so much better, sister! Please be patient with yourself and the medicines... it WILL get better! And remember, as you always remind me - we are GARDNER girls - we can handle ANYTHING that comes our way! :) You can do this! I'm praying, and I'm here for you - if you want, we'll talk through it, any time, morning, noon or night! I love you, sister - you hang in there! It's going to be all right - I promise!!! Yes, supplements are expensive. I take supplements too. Just the iron I take is over $20/mo. I finally swallowed my pride and asked my doctor is she could write a prescription for it. She did that and now it is half the cost.
Since your doctor is recommending your supplements maybe he could do that for you. (Just a thought)

Thank you girls, again, for prayers.
This journey is not over yet so I ask for continued prayers! I'm starting to get tired of some of the food items I've been eating and needing to do some changing it up.
It's really hard to be patient and, some days, remember progress is being made.

| CJ I have a really strict diet. If you care to share which diet you are following maybe I can help you find some options. I have had to eat a restricted diet for over 16 years. I am pretty good at being resourceful. Just an offer. |

CJ, I'm so glad to hear you have such a supportive doctor who encourages you like that! SO important! You know, some of the best advice I've ever received is to be "kind, generous and patient with yourself" while going through any trial I've faced. Even though we want to leap over life's hurdles, sometimes we just have to take slow, healing, restorative time to go through them instead. Trials like this can be very frustrating and take more time than we could ever have imagined or have wanted them to take, for sure. Sometimes it's just more about the process, though, you know? Once we come through, we receive an amazing sense of accomplishment and a deeper awareness of our strengths, abilities, talents and gifts. We realize we are stronger, capable and more brilliant than we ever imagined. We may start out feeling like coal, but through trial by fire, we become 3 karat diamonds! So just keep sparkling, sister! To me, you're simply dazzling!
