I made a honey and herb cough syrup today with echinacea, ginger, St. John's Wort, cinnamon, lemon and of course, raw honey.

Great isnt it? To make medicine? This year I grew horehound seeds and I got one elecampane start going. As and when they are harvestable I will use them as medicinal syrups. Blessings!
