My mailart will have to go out first thing Monday morning. . . unexpected events today made me miss the mail run! But alas, it ships on Leap Day and my partner should receive in 2-3 days!! Sooooo exciting!

I received the cutest wall hanging adorned with buttons, lace, and rosebud embellishments from RoDonna FG#2361 ~ such a beautiful fabric. Hope the photo does it justice. <hugs!>

I opened my mailart this morning from Lola Chella (LOVE that name! It's like a song!) I nearly cried. I have a packed day today and don't have time to take a proper picture of it til tomorrow, but I just had to sit down and thank all of you for the gift of mailart. I have been creatively cramped and down on myself and even thinking maybe this forum isn't for me after all. But the cheerful banner in my mailbox, the country fabrics and the tactile warmth of quilted fabrics completely turned my mood around! Sharing art with you all is like a bonding across our great nation! Thank you for the opportunity to take part in this adventure!

Sara, you are so talented. Please do not ever think you are not good enough. Let me confess that it took me a while to get the idea. In fact my first mail art had to do with April Showers and May flowers. Clueless, I appliqued a tea towel.so I was honored to receive your first mail art and it is truly ART. I still have it out and enjoy stopping to look when I pass by it.

Oh my gosh Aimee, this is the cutest little ground hog I ever did see! Thank you so much. I was absolutely delighted to receive it and the gals at the farm were pretty impressed today as well. You are so talented and I will seriously try to refrain from assigning you as my partner again next month

Aimee I will have to agree with Kristi, that is the cutest ground hog ever. Seeing the fun and crafty projects is so exciting. I have to check in a few times a day just to see what's been posted. All the creations are great!

LolaChella, you deserve your kudos! Thank you so much for the country style-here's where home is-fabric banner! I strung it up on my hen house to show it off, but it will probably live in my screened porch to protect it from rain and blazing sun. I love it!

I am so happy Phil made his way to your mailbox! I had fun making him...on the weekend my Hubs and I haul organic oak sawdust to a mushroom factory which was about and hour and a half away I kept my hands busy during the trip with Phil, just don't look away whilst needling, ouch :)

I got a fantastic package in my mailbox on Monday from Tammy. She sent a really neat Ground Hog Day card and made a knitted cowl for me. It has a pretty pattern and is cream colored, very soft and cozy warm! I wore it to work on Tues and received multiple compliments.

Thank you so much Tammy, I love them both. I really like the way it looks, I have only knitted knit, purl and K2 P2.

Ok Sisters, how do you send a photo from a smart phone so it will load onto here? (I did figure out how to email a photo to myself on a desktop computer, save it and upload it... but there must be an easier way! Plus the desktop is telling me my hard drive is full, so I am afraid if I take that long path, I will crash the computer before I can get it tinkered with, lol)
