Getting any amount of ufo's completed is an accomplishment. Congratulations to everyone.

I have been working on the final ufo i had listed. a pair of socks. I do have the heels turned and working on the foot. Knitting 2 at once. But now Christmas and new baby presents are taking priority. Even if i don't finish them this month i am very happy with what i have done.

Michelle, I am with you. Our new granddaughter should be here within the week so I've been finishing things for her. I have 3 projects left and they're going to be my focus for 2018.

Krista, I agree with Michelle...they grow way too fast! It seems like my #1 grandson was JUST born! I got to hold him when he was just half an hour old....and now he's excited about having his first loose tooth!
Michelle, I hope all goes well with your new baby! Christmas babies are special! It makes the whole first Christmas more alive. I was looking at my daughter the other day and wondering how someone, like Mary, in her late pregnancy condition, could've ridden a donkey all the way to Bethlehem!! I probably wouldn't have been a happy camper if it were me!

I'd like to continue, I certainly didn't complete as many UFO's as I would have liked.

New baby arrived on Monday evening. 7 lb 10 oz, 2 weeks early. All is going well for momma and child. I have been busy cleaning, decorating and trying to finish up some gifts. I feel like I won't get things done!

Congratulations Michele! So excited for you and your family! Don't stress to much over everything.

I would also love to continue into next year since I didn't put a dent in my UFOs.

I agree, would love to continue into 2018. My big project was putting our home back together after that huge storm. Took the month of November to do, well worth the time. Now to get back to my UFO's!! The first one is sitting next to my chair calling me. . . come finish me today please!! LOL! It's a patchwork table runner, hand pieced, now tying it before doing the binding. I will post the triumphant photo as soon as it is complete!

Okay Ladies, it is crunch time. Get those last of those few (many) UFOs finished. Now is a good time to triage the pile and pick the stuff out that is easy to finish. A button sewn on here. A hem adjusted there. Heck, go wild and put in a new zipper so you can wear those pants again. The sky is the limit! (As far as the number of UFOs I have, I've reached the outer atmosphere.) Get them done so you don't have to finish them next year!

I will be running this again in 2018.

Thank you, Marie! I'm happy that you'll be our fearless leader next year!
Here is a project that I finished a couple months ago....just now posting the photo! My goal was to crochet all 101 snowflakes in the book and I did! I gave all but a couple dozen away and am now working on a few dozen more to keep.

Those snowflakes are amazing Debbie. Beautiful. I am about half way done with my last ufo, working on the foot of a pair of socks. Christmas things all got finished up, and going to bake dog treats and a rum cake this morning. I am already making a list of things to make for 2018. If i finish the socks, I won't have any ufo's. Thanks for the group Marie and all you did.
Merry Christmas everyone.

So glad all went well with your new grand baby, Michelle! Ours arrived a week ago today, one week before Christmas! Merit Belle was 7 lb 13 oz and 21 1/2" long and has a dimple in each cheek, just like her mama and daddy do! She's pretty sweet! Best Christmas present ever!

Congratulations Debbie! Your sweet little Merit Belle shares a birthday with me and it's a wonderful time of year to have a birthday! Hope they enjoyed their new precious baby for Christmas!

Marie, I'm excited to hear that you will be starting this again for next year. I will definitely be signing up. I still have much more to go. I better start on my list now.
