No worries Sara. Right now it's kind of a test run to see if the roots really do turn back into green onions. Other then that I don't have anything planted. We get to cold here in Utah to grow during the winter months. Makes it nice because I have so many other things going on with the holidays.

Yesterday I dug 14 pounds of potatoes from my fall garden, then found a new package of bunching onions and planted them in the spot where the potatoes were. All because of this thread! You all are so inspirational!

14 pounds! Nice job Sara. That's awesome. So glad you were able to plant some onions. Do you have any future plans for them when they are ready to be harvested?
