Thanks guys! I am determined to get as much done before baby comes as possible. I actually finished another one yesterday. My dad fixed my sewing machine and brought it back to me on Wednesday so I dug it out yesterday and sewed up a sheet that was ripped along the seam. I also got started on some rice bags but they aren't finished yet.

I didn’t consider this UFO finished until I hung it and I did that today-number 3 for 2018 and hoping to post #4 this evening.

Sylvia, I like the Scrabble board. I have seen those before and find them super fascinating. Your weaving is beautiful. You did an amazing job!

Sylvia, your weaving is amazing. It's hard to believe that was only your second project. What kind of loom do you have? I want to get started on some weaving projects once I'm finished the homework for my spinning course.

Farmgirl Sisters! I am so excited! I finished the oldest UFO in my stash! My Mother gave me and my twin sister this cross stitch sampler back in 1978! My sister finished hers some years back but I didn't! I would work on it here and there over the years because cross stitch was not my favorite thing to do and I was not very good at it! I only had the letters g, o, d, and b done. Well, I made up my mind to learn how to do it better and stayed with it for the last two weeks and TADA!! Its done and it feels Great! I hope to have it framed for my wall soon!

Debbie and Jill, Thank you! It is a really great feeling of accomplishment! I am looking forward to seeing it on my wall. I am working on a wall arrangement near my stairway to include this framed 'antique' 40 years in the making!! Lol!

I will Jill! It might be a little while because I plan to repair a couple of places in the sheetrock and repaint the wall! Looking at doing a makeover in my living room! I will get it framed though, Michaels is running a special on custom framing this week! Yippy! Its an odd size!

Ah yes! I had to leave off counted cross stitch because my vision was very blurry. I still have some unfinished projects from not as far back and yours. Still, it is embarrassing. Now my eyes can see well so I will have to dig one out.

Debbie,
Your cross stitch is great. I admire anyone who is able to do cross stitch, I have never been able to keep it centered.

Sylvia, your weaving is absolutely beautiful!

Debbie, your cross stitch is wonderful too! I used to do quite a bit of that until it became difficult to see. Marie, so glad you had the cataract surgery. Hope it helped and turned out ok. May have to do that myself.

Debbie, I always wanted to do the saying like yours only "Forget Me Not". Haven't found it yet.

Cataract surgery is so worth it. I spent days just looking at things and wondering at the beauty and detail.
