I have a few amigurumi character books. They are not difficult to make and, because they are small, use up small bits of yarn quickly. Debbie, I know you can make one. Look for them on the Lion Brand Yarn website. There are many free amigurumi patterns there that are sooooo cute.

Marie, I will do that. I was thinking of making a couple for my new granddaughter.
Here is the picture of the first 2 Star Wars characters.

Here are the other 3 that I've finished...Poe, Chewbacca and Boba Fett. The little boys told me that I could just change Boba's colors and make Jango Fett! Hooray! haha I think between the 3 boys they were hoping for about 4 a piece. I agree, they don't take much yarn and really don't take that long. I wish I would've used a little more golden brown on Chewy, but it'll work.
Sabrina, I would be happy to send you my patterns! There are 24 different characters between the 2 books. I'll put them in the same package as the Chocolate book for you.

Debbie, the doll blanket turned out cute! I've seen that yarn before and always wondered what it would look like done up...I really like it!
Sabrina, seeing your granny square makes me want to start a new granny square project and I'm trying so hard to finish up my UFO's....but I love them! The granny square JUST might win!

Deb, you could do it!! Amigurimi is so easy and quick! It is my favorite thing to crochet, mostly because I can finish quick and it doesn’t require having a bunch of yarn out so it works well with the kids. No pressure of course but it is easy!

Debbie those are all so cute! I need to do BB8 and Po for Daniel for sure they are his favorite!! None of the patterns I had have the newer characters so yay!!

Well I’m headed out of town Thursday so not sure I’ll get any of the rest done this month, the Feb thread might not go up until next Monday if I don’t find time to do it by Wed of this week.

Those Star Wars characters are adorable! I received a Wizard of Oz kit for Christmas and I'm super excited to try and make them. I haven't made anything like them before so I'm a bit nervous to try.

Oops there's a next page. Sounds like they are easier than I think. Maybe I'll make one for next months challenge.

I didn’t ever get around to the ear warmer or snowflakes so I may roll those to next month! I’ll put up the new thread in the next few days.

I tried the ear warmer a couple of times but had a hard time with some of the directions so I didn't end up doing it...which is a bummer because it is really cute! I had planned on getting a row finished on my tablecloth but ended up working on the little Star Wars people. I have 3 more finished. My personal goal for February is to finish up the ones they want and then move on to the tablecloth...besides whatever threads are posted for the month.

I did finish my project for January, I did one skein wonder. A little granny square blanket,
Am looking for my February project even though I can not crochet yet. I took a fall Thursday and had to go to the ER. Messed up my whole arm from the shoulder down to my fingers.
Am so happy I did not break anything, just sprains but I am in a sling. Going to my doctor this morning to have it rechecked,
Will let you know what project I chose and when I am healed.

Hugs,
Deb
