Oh My Stars!!! it's True,,, Spring is almost here!

I found this little bud under my kitchen window...it's the one spot not covered by snow.
I am so ready for Spring!

a crocus.. and I was rooting around yesterday and found some more of them starting to push up from under the mulch.. unfortunately it wasn't sunny yesterday so they didn't open up... maybe today if we get sunshine they will... fingers crossed.

Spring just got buried under 10 inches of snow here. We usually get our crocus in May.

Beautiful crocus! I am excited my hellebores are full of flower buds and my daffodils are about 4"s high here in the Chicago area. Seeing a crocus gets me even more excited for spring to come early & stay!
