I know in some areas are being bombarded with snow but here I have been busy in shorts and t-shirt tending to my gardens for spring and Spring has sprung wonderfully here! Trees are budding out, birds are back and mating and setting up homes, the beginning or colorful flowers are showing their greenery and best of all, the BEES are back! Yes, I am a happy camper!
Since April 1st is also Easter I'd like to make our March theme Easter related! Lamb, spring, floral, Resurrection, however the month of March is interpreted by YOU! Remember, these can be made with any medium, paint, mixed, paper, sewing...the possibilities are endless! Shape is of no matter either as LONG as you keep it around 2 3/4 by 3 3/4!
We have the most creative bunch of gals it will be incredibly amazing the variety we will get here with this theme!

JIC we get some new sign ups the following info will help:
any type of medium you want to use (AND SHAPE) as long as the card is standard size of 2 1/2 by 3 1/2 heavy cardstock or prepared cardboard from cereal boxes and such. You may sew, paint, mix media, fiber, etc. for your trade. Be sure to sign the backs and title it and date it! As always, have fun!
Again, if you are new to ATC's here is a brief description:
Artist Trading Cards (ATCs) is a conceptual art project initiated by the Swiss artist M. Vänçi Stirnemann in 1997. He called it a Collaborative Cultural Performance. Artist Trading Cards are 2 1#8260;2 by 3 1#8260;2 inches (64 mm × 89 mm) in size, the same format as modern trading cards (hockey cards or baseball cards). They are self-made unique works or small series, signed and dated on the reverse by the artist/producer, exchanged and collected by the people who participate in the collaborative performance.[1]
