2018 May -- Sachet & Eye Pillow Swap
Just in time for Mother’s Day (May 13th)!
Who doesn’t love the sweet smell of a sachet in your lingerie drawer or in your closet or a comforting eye pillow! Pinterest has some beautiful ideas for sachets and eye pillows! Let’s use up our leftover fabric scraps and ribbon and create something comforting and soothing!!!!
GUIDELINES:
Sachets:
Begin with 5” fabric squares.
Make TWO decorated as simple or elaborate as you desire.
Please include a ribbon for hanging.
Fill the sachet with dried lavender or other scented herbs (please do not add a filling, just the herbs, and no essential oils)
Eye Pillow:
Can be ‘eye’ shaped or rectangle long enough to cover eyes
Make one eye pillow decorated as simple or elaborate as you desire.
Fill the eye pillow with flax seed or rice; add a very small amount of lavender, peppermint, mint, or other scented herb. There are any other number of herb combinations.
Limit of two tucks
A sweet note of encouragement - lets get to know each other!
Signup Deadline: April 22nd

Hi Lisa,,, Debbie aka OneRedZinna will be pairing us up. and then will post it here on April 23rd.
I have prep'd and partly worked on my sachets ... but will wait till I know who my partner is so I can customize the sachets....
I love using sachets both in my dresser drawers as well in and around my Glamp trailers, in the closet and drawers.

Well ORZ,, your package has been sitting at the Houston terminal... it was shipped to the next location (you I hope) today,,, so you should receive it tomorrow.
According to the P.O. tracking #, it should have arrived to you by yesterday..

Debbie-look what I got!! , I love my eye pillow and sachets! They are beautiful and smell so good. Thank you so much ! After my mother in law saw what I was sewing with she decided to drag her old machine and the next ones I make will be so much better. Have a Great Mother’s Day!! This has inspired me to improve my sewing skills and I also need t make curtains for my Glamper thank you :). Your definitely a professional! this made my day :):). T
