Connie, have you received my June ATC yet? I sent it several days ago and went to the

Linda, not yet. It takes 2 -3 days longer for mail to get to us. Our mail comes from Arlington, Tn. post office, 20 miles away and we live 10 miles from the Millington, Tn Post Office! Crazy! And since Arlington has a big area to deliver to, they stop sorting at a certain time. So Our mail is always delayed. Today being a holiday, they will be delayed the rest of this week. Our Mail lady said, she would rather not have a day off because it's more work the rest of the week! The mail from Downtown Memphis keeps moving Holiday or not!

I received a beautiful ATC from Alise done in watercolors! Radishes are one of my favorite foods so this is just perfect for me. Thanks Alise for being a wonderful swap partner! I'm glad you enjoyed the ATC I sent you it - I had fun making it.

So sweet with the buttons posed as peas. Also loved Denise's "Garden to Table" and Alise's
detailed "radish" ATC. Marilyn's really hit the mark for "vintage" and of course I love the
very creative seed packet one Connie made for me with fruits made into the shape of an
apple.

Connie,
I checked with the p. office and they said with the time that has passed and that I had
additional postage added to it and did not receive it back it must have been delivered. I
will wait until Monday and if it still hasn't showed up I will send a new one to you. In the
6 years I've been swapping at MJF this is the first time an item has not been received. Haven't lost all hope however and maybe somehow it will show up by Saturday. Please let me know
if it doesn't as it's only fair for you to receive one from me. I really liked the one I received
from you and appreciate all the time and detail you put into it.

Kristi, I have received your ATC! I will post a picture tomorrow. Thanks for the recipes and the card too!
I kind of went a bit "overboard" with my package. I couldn't decide what to do exactly and end up with a pocket-book. I put your ATC inside thought (nearly forgot it! lol) I mailed it last week so be a bit patient with your package. It will reach you eventually!

Linda, give it one more week, I have had cards show up 4 weeks later! I just hate you putting work into one and then having to do it over. I am also missing a monthy magazine that never got here. Every Monday when the sub. delivers our mail, we get somebody else's mail. we always take it to them if it's close by, if not we give it back to our mail lady.
The post mark on a card from marlene was a month old when it geot to me. Odd?? Never had that happen much the 30 years we lived here, but this year it has happened several times, I get mail a month later!

Connie - I can relate with your mail issues. My mail goes from the main office downtown Memphis to the Cordova branch and then out for deliver. Twice, a friend from California sent me something and both times it took over 2 months to get here. Something is wrong with our postal system or our local post offices here. :( Constantly get the neighbors mail. FedEx likes to leave my packages behind a bush next to the garage door....mind you the front door is only 10 extra steps.
