So funny and so true. My husband doesn't like to hunt so I am lucky. We let a man hunt here and he brings us all kinds of venison throughout the year. It's like hunting without having to do the work. Plus my husband and I cannot stand to kill anything. I know that they have to be kept thinned out for their own health so we allow hunting even though it makes me sad.

I went hunting the first year we were married. I cried so hard when I shot a deer that my husband has dis-invited mme from future hunts. I appreciate his willingness to provide for our family.

I agree---hunting does help with the grocery bill. My female cousin loves to hunt and she is the only member of her family that got a deer last year. I am glad for people that like to hunt and people that do ambulance work and surgery---anything to do with blood freaks me out___LOL. My husband works in a grocery store and it makes me so sad all the meat they throw away and waste. You should eat what you kill and hunting makes a lot of sense and the meat is much healthier.
