I stopped to get tomatoes from the Farm stand near my house and my eye caught this Pumpkin! The kids who worked there said, "it was their first one from the field!"

Pumpkins,, already?...lol!
Connie,, I must admit, I am so ready for pumpkin cookies....

I harvested the last of my tomatoes and peppers, except for a few stragglers.... and the birds and dear have been 'taste testing' the apples.... no pumpkins around here,,, and our summer was slow to arrive and is already over up here in the Inland NW.... not a good year for gardening, but there is always next year.

Great photo! I baked a homemade pumpkin pie on Saturday. The roasted pumpkin tastes so much better than canned. It really adds a lot of flavor to the pie. Enjoy your harvest!

Connie, that's a great pumpkin and it has a good looking stem too. I save all pumpkin stems to use when making fabric pumpkins.

Great pumpkin! Our jack-a-lantern pumpkins all failed---just got one< but the garden is full of cinderellas---a beautiful bright cheery sight.

What a beautiful pumpkin Connie!! I'm so excited that pumpkins will be here soon as well! My very own pumpkin patch is chock full of pumpkin vines, flowers for the bees and quite a few lovely baby pumpkins beginning to grow! I love fall! Thanks for sharing your beautiful picture and getting us in the mood!!

I have an orange and a white one on the front steps with my mums for decorations. I've roasted and pureed two others to use in Duke's dog cookies. I measured them out and flash froze them so I'd have the correct amount and didn't have a can sitting in the fridge going bad between uses. Love pumpkin.

I heard the other day that they have pumpkin spice toilet paper. LOL

Oh my goodness! Lol not sure I would want to use pumpkin spice toilet paper. Sounds a bit to much for me.
