Here is my lazy snowy day project..

I had some left over pre-quilted fabric squares from another project...and 2 fat quarters given to me by a dear friend who past away a year ago :(

top side
the fat quarters were not quit wide enough, so I pieced in 2 strips.

back side

I love how it turned out, and I have a little bit (memory) of my friend, who gave me the fat quarters, to remind me of her sweet friendship.

Beautiful , Grace, and a lovely memory piece of your dear friend! I like the black and white color scheme as well. Sounds like your snowy day was a success in the sewing room!

Very pretty memorial.

A little rain can straighten a flower stem. A little love can change a life.
