Yesterday my sweet little farm girl turned one! I cant believe how fast this last year has gone. I'm so blessed to have her in my life and be able to share about her with you all. Thank you all for welcoming her into your hearts just as you did with me!

Thank you April! We have definitely had an amazing year so far. We have found out that she is a little swimmer and loves to be in the water. I call her my little fish lol!

It is so much fun as a parent watching our children grow and become aware of the wonderful world we are born into, our earthly home. Motherhood my most favorite endeavor. And my 41 year old daughter calls me every evening to ask how my day went. That is joy! My tip is I listened to her and answered her questions, gave her examples from my life when I was guiding her and always told her she could call to be extracted from a situation she was not planning on or saw was not a good place to be. We also always had dinner together as a family and talked about our day, what was special or what was a disappointment. I gave her permission to become her own person, but with boundaries and wisdom notes for a joyful life. It goes by so fast!! Keep having fun and enjoyment even in our daily routine of work. Annie

I agree Annie! Motherhood is so wonderful and I seriously enjoy every moment, even the ones that make me crazy. Lol. Thank you so much for all the advice. I talk to my mom everyday on the phone so I hope Everleigh will do the same with me. And we do eat meals as a family. Since I stay home with my kids I eat all 3 meals with them and my husband will eat with us for dinner. It's the perfect time to chat about how things are going. I love my little kids more than anything!
