Darlene, I am glad you are home safe for a few months and more comfortable. You really had quite the Summer and Fall! Keep us posted on how things are going and keeping you in my thoughts and prayers.

I don’t know what happened, Darlene but I am assuming it is about your knee. Surgery? Anyway, hoping that you make a rapid recovery. People tend to recover better in their own home. Take care of yourself.

Just wanted to thank you all again for your love and prayers while in the hospital last time and give a little update. On this Thursday March 26, I will be going to Eureka to meet a new orthopedic doctor, new to the area in July with good references. My appointment will closer. I hope this virus doesn’t mess up everything.
I will let you know and thanks always for your wonderful prayers.

Thank you I sure hope so. Redding has a good hospital
. I never met my original doctor up there but they had some good tests building up to surgery.
St. Joes hospital is trying to start a new orthopedic group, because most all of the good ones moved from here and we ran out of surgeons who could do knees and hips. So there was nowhere to go.

Thank you everyone , I am getting stronger anyway!
I found a really good pair of Physical Therapist s on YouTube, they were showing exercises for after knee surgery and now they have exercises for everything.they are really good! They are Bob and Brad, Physical Therapist give good tips to make you stronger, whether it is Sciatica, Back problems, or after surgery what to do to make you stronger and stop or lesson pain especially in Senior’s. I plan to be stronger with surgery or surgeries coming up
. It has kept me busy along with all the painting and coloring I have been doing.
