Love seeing everyone's pretty creations. I just unpacked the box that I keep all the ones in
which I received the past several years. It's so much fun to see them again each year
and I only use them in the immediate family and everyone knows to return them so we can
reuse them the next Christmas. I made a few new ones and next year I plan to join in once
again with this fun exchange.

 Dianna thank you so much for the package and the card was beautiful It came and uplifted me I went to doctor today and I have sinusitis and an upper respiratory infection and so I got two shots and antibiotics for the next seven days.

Oh Angela!I'm so sorry you are so sick! Especially here at the holidays! So not fun! Please feel better real soon! The flu has spread all over here in Alabama! We are fighting to not get it here! I have a jar of honey with garlic cloves in it. It helps with immunity. When I made them up I gave them to my DIL, Bay and our only neighbor. The neighbor recently said she had to replenish hers, because they had taken most of the honey. I usually take a spoon of the honey and chew up a garlic clove. As it has sat the honey has darkened, but it makes good medicine.I
When I planted my elderberry plants several years ago...It was my intention to make syrup and jelly. So far the birds get the harvest, every year.

Omgosh Marilyn!!! So funny!! You and I ate on the same page! I have my garlic covered in local honey in my fridge! We have a BEAUTIFUL elderberry but like you the birds get to them quickly! It's ok tho. I love the birds! Stay well my friend!! Merry Christmas Marilyn!

I love not seeing my doctor. He probably does not remember who I am...2 and 1/2 years is a long time.
I have a better physician anyway...God.

Hey ladies thank you for all the tips. I really believe in the honey and Manuka honey is really expensive but has antimicrobial properties. It only comes from New Zealand. Our whole family is sick but are starting to come out of it I believe. I had to go to doctor Tuesday and I have sinusitis and a upper respiratory infection due to the sinuses. So I have been resting and plenty of fluids. Oh and on the manuka honey I had a friend that got an ear infection because of sinus drainage and I mixed about 2 tablespoons of manuka honey and water. you let the honey dissolve in warm not hot water. I told her to put about 3 to 4 drops in ear 3 times a day for the next week and it got rid of that ear infection. So yep I believe in that honey. The water amount is one cup if you want to try this.

At wound care, several years ago they used Manuka honey to heal an ulcer on my ankle.
