I came across an electric skillet that I couldn't resist. I would love recipes for this if you all have any. Thanks :)

Joan I haven't thought about electric skillets in years. Through the years I have had two - a small one and a large. Both in the 70s & 80s. I remember cooking liver & onions in the small one and it made great liver & onions. In the big one I made dishes with sautéed ground beef. Sorry I can't help you with recipes.

I had an electric skillet many years ago when my husband was remodeling the kitchen and I had no stove for 10 months. Anything that can be cooked in an on-the-stove skillet can be made in an electric one.
