We dropped yours in the mail this evening, after postal hours, when my husband realized he had forgotten to get his horses feed. Back to town we went. However it will not leave town until Monday.

We are in a rainy pattern for over a week. I already miss Mr. Sun. Maybe next Saturday he might come out again.

Thank you for the cowboy magnet and Texas flag post card with gold cord. The spirit and history of the Lonestar state has always impressed me so. The lyrics you wrote inspired me to look up the Texas state song to hear it. My aunt (mom's sister) and her family lived in Texas for years. My uncle was career Army. My aunt identified as a Texan at heart though born in Arkansas. We are acquainted with a few Texans here. Great people!

Natalie, I received your package today. Thank you. I will take a photo tomorrow in the daylight.i loved looking through the brochures. That autumn picture of the Japanese garden at Gibbs Gardens took my breath away! Autumn is my favorite season. What beauty! I did not find any magnets with a town on them like you did. That is cool. Ours seem to just be Texas. I love everything you sent. Thank you.

Darlene, thank you so much for all the cute items you included with the magnet and postcards. I especially appreciate the sunflowers. My great niece was killed in a head on collision last August. Sunflowers were her favorite flowers. I plan on planting a lot of them this year.

I want to apologize to everyone and especially my partner. I neglected to go out shopping for a nice magnet and post card before the quarantine. I am now stuck in the house feeling depressed. I want to go out but there are people here driving by in cars who will shout at a person who is out walking. I do not have a car and have to walk or take a bus. I may force myself to go out and see if anything is opened.

Marie, please do not go out for this! You're very sweet, but please stay home and stay healthy! These are such trying times, it's so important to do what you can to keep well. Instead, maybe you can post a photo here of the view from your window!
