Next Saturday, March 14th, is Pi Day. Pi, 3.14, is the mathematical formula to find the diameter of a circle (I looked this up because I was clueless in Geometry in high school).
The most important way to celebrate Pi Day is to make pies,or other round foods. I plan to make some pies and take them to our old gentlemen neighbors. My sweetie is promised a butterscotch pie. Thank goodness for premade piecrusts!
Everyone knows somebody who would appreciate a pie, so start peeling those apples or crushing Graham crackers for an easy pudding pie.

This sounds like a fun day to make homemade pizzas! My kids would really enjoy it. They are to young to understand Pi but we could take about how to make circles. Thank you for the idea Vanessa.
