Hi, Julie, It looks like it's you and me for the swap. Yay! Do you have any favorite colors or designs or interests that you like?
Just a little warning, I'm not a fancy seamstress (and I use that word lightly  ). So it will be a very good work apron, not vintage or frilly. I hope that is okay and you will still like what I send. I guess the only thing missing is your address, could you please send it to me? Thanks so much. I spent the day sewing as the third day of 102 was just too hot to do anything but stay in the house with the a/c cranked up. So not only is my apron done but so is five loads of laundry. Can hardly wait to see my electric bill for the month.

I seem to have this problem off and on, not receiving emails that are sent via MJF...
Did you get mine?
btw,,, I am easy peasy, and am good with either a 1/2 or full apron.. don't fuss...

I have the apron cut out, today is supposed to be between 105-113, so I will sew it. Nice to stay in a sew after plants are watered and cats are fed. Both cats don't seem to
Want to come in the house, even with it being so hot- have no idea why.

The apron is made, and I have sent a second email to Ida. I still have gotten no response. I know she is a newer farm girl. I hope she contacts me soon.
UPDATE: I found a phone for her and she just called me back. She said she would send her address. Contact has been made and her apron is on the way.

I have not yet started my apron. But I have finished this watering rotation, it only took me three days! And since my husband went with our son...that leaves me to feed Tillie, check the water bowl and keep it full, then let her out, watch her, and call her to come back in . She only made four trips out to pee between 7:30 and 11 am. Last night she stumbled and fell several times. It breaks my heart...but I told my husband last night that this is part of loving a pet or a person. Some days are great and some days are not so good.

Denise,,,nope,, checked both spam folders.... I had received a message from both Quiltee and Nancyjo with in the last 2 weeks.. so I know I didn't accidently Block mail from the MJF site..
So very strange,, I had the same issue several months ago...unable to receive messages,,, then all of a sudden I could..
