I know. I know. I should probably just print this out and send it to my swap partner with the teas . . . . BUT . . . . it sounds so delicious, and it's been sooooo hot lately, I wanted to share it with everyone. Enjoy . .
Raspberry Watermelon Iced Tea
INGREDIENTS
• 1 cup fresh watermelon puree, strained to remove pulp
• 2 tsp ginger paste, or freshly grated ginger
• 3 tsp fresh lime or lemon juice
• 2 cups of ice cubes
• 3 Tbsp Raspberry Nectar loose leaf tea
• 5-6 fresh mint leaves
• 10 oz boiling water
• Optional: Mint sprigs, lime slices and watermelon slices for garnish
DIRECTIONS
Combine watermelon puree, ginger, lemon or lime juice, and ice and stir well. Add hot water to tea and mint leaves and steep for 7 minutes. When done steeping, combine all and serve in glasses with a sprig of mint, slice of lime and a small slice of watermelon. Umbrella optional LOL
Yield: Two servings |

Jean, where did you purchase the Raspberry Necter loose leaf tea.???
Also did you know that Grove Collaborative has some organic Passion Fruit tea bags? My oldest grand daughter asked me to buy some more. I had given her mom some as part of her birthday gift. She drinks it as iced tea.
