Another blurry one from the sewing area. Of course I
don't sew to much. A lot of straight stitching. You know,
putting together things I embroider into pin cushions, or bags
or towels. I really need one of you handy girls to come
live near by and teach me. Can't believe what some of you can make.

Well ladies, I would love to teach you how to sew. if i only lived close by. I have been sewing for 63 years now and still loving it. i have sewn wedding gowns, prom dresses for my girls sewed for others as well. I sew clothes, coats, quilts you name it and most likely I have done it. Sewing soothes the heart. Love your sewing room Nancy Jo.

Hugs,

Nancy Jo, what a great area to sew in. I need a farm girl to come live near me as well to teach me some things. I see but still can’t sew a straight line very well!! Lol! :)

Giggle, Karen! I can NOT see very well, CAN sew a straight line, but my bobbin NEVER cooperates with me. I've yet to master that battle.

Nancy Jo, I'd love to be back in NY. My bil lives not far from you. Like Laurie I've sewn wedding gowns and formals, clothing, quilts, drapes and lots of other items. I love to sew when everything (my machine, my body and time) cooperates for me to do it.
