Ok, give me 2 days of warm almost sunny weather and I'll be out on the property working!! And then the next day I will be stiff as a board, and find muscles that have not been used since last summer!!!
Even my finger tips hurt!!!

Grace, I'll match you your 2 days and raise you my 1/2 day of being in the garden. I do have a couple of decades on you so I play out after just a few hours. It may not be pretty the way I do it but I get it done.

RELIEF FACTOR!!! I use similar to it so when I run put ill get more but its great! Ill work outside or in the garden for a couple hours and barely walk inside but once I take those and shower I'm good!! Haa turmeric and other good natural anti-inflammatory goodies!!
