How funny you two are. Krista I would want to put lights on the corral too. I would want them everywhere.

Krista - too bad Jake's probably right LOL! If you had big wide boards on the corral maybe you could string lights on the outside, but those tongues! They'd probably reach anyway. I think ackamarackus sounds like a Harry Potter word. It's meaning makes me think of Malfoy LOL!

Ackamarackus reminds me of those roads that are perpetually getting re-paved. Maybe Malfoy cast a spell on them!

That is a spot on description of Ackamarackus in action, especially when trying to fix potholes.
Just patching it without paving over is useless!

Debbie, I am using a little help from the internet! We have 2 dictionaries in this house. One is a child dictionary and the other was a highschool one. I spent forever looking through my highschool one and knew all the words. So I went to the internet for a larger dictionary. Most of the ones I have found said the words haven't been used since the 1600s. So maybe we can bring the words back!

Heather, knowing my cows their tongues will reach anything! If only their heads were smaller they would stick them through the gate and reach my garden! It does sound like a Harry Potter word!

Christine, that is a perfect way to describe it.

Karen I too have embraced the Nannick lifestyle since being retired.

Since I missed getting on yesterday I will post 2 words today.

7th Word

Titivate - make small enhancing alterations to something

8th Word

Agerasia - a youthful appearance in a person who is actually old, without any artificial means like surgery

Igniflous-- haha Wanda, fire water or even fire cider!
Krista, I love Nannick but I need to do much more of it 8n my life! Jeanette. Lol,
My favorites so far tho Krista are your last two, "titvate", which I do a lot of when I'm arting a nd then your amazing word "agerasia"! I've met some beautiful older women with that youthfulness about them and admire them so much! They inspire me!

Can we make an-agerasia a thing? Oldful appearance in someone who is actually young... I went grey at 20 and get mistaken for being a spry "+20 years older than my actual age" year old. hehe.

I love titivate-- "leave it better than you found it." But 'small' is the operative word here, particularly if my titivating is in the cleaning/decluttering realm. Dumping out the contents of the junk drawer, getting overwhelmed, and leaving it that way is not titivation!
