JT's sister, who cares for his mom called Sunday night and suggested we make a trip if we want to see his mom before she passes. We are planning to go. I would ask that you pray for specifically that we make it to see her, that she isn't in pain and that when the time comes she passes peacefully. She hasn't been herself for a long while but making arrangements for her takes its toll. We want everything done before the time comes. Prayers for his sister Lisa as she cares for her please. It's a difficult time for her.
Oh and if you could pray that I would get over this sinus thing that wants to hang in there. Thank you all for being here.

Denise~~

We are here with mom. I think her time is nearing but of course we can't know that for sure. She is very agitated but seems to kind of be sleeping I think the crying must be from a dream state. Could be reliving trauma from her childhood. It's hard to know any of that with this disease. I just pray she is not pain.

Ww got back home last night. This morning Mom had an appt for a consult to see about a feeding tube but I guess they took her directly to the ER. She has a uti and pneumonia so she's been admitted. Hopefully they can get her through this and get the feeding tube in. I don't really know what to pray for at this point. We are just praying for healing and that she could possibly come back around and rally.

I wanted to give you all an update. They said mom's lungs were clear enough to do the surgery for the feeding tube so they did that at 7 am yesterday. She was low on potassium. They won't release her until Tuesday or Wednesday as they ordered a lift for her and won't let her go home until everything they've ordered for her gets to the house first. She was awake and talking in the afternoon/evening. Hopefully things will continue on a good path. Of course as good as it can be with the Alzheimers.
Prayers for continued healing are appreciated.

We) mom is back in hospital. Trouble with the feeding tube. Sil needs some help with knowing amount to give at each feeding and all I think. Seems mom's stomach was getting too full and it was causing some problems with her breathing. Hoping they get it straightened out.
