Same here, so we started having "Mexico Miercoles" to have more tacos tomorrow.
Do your taco shells lie flat before you fill them? Growing up in the midwest, the most common thing was these curved crispy shells like she's got like a giant chip. They're very rare in SoCal, everyone is serving soft flat flour or corn tortillas. I always wondered why that was...
