I got a wonderful surprise today, Connie called me. She had her surgery Dec. 16th. All went well. Of course she has the pain from the surgery but said it is different than what she has been dealing with. Hopeing that when we all meet up again, she will be walking good. Plans for surgery on the other side but will be sure this one is completely healed and doing well. She sounds wonderful and able to get up and move around. But has to allow plenty of time with leg up above her heart for clot prevention. It was good to hear from her. Thought we might all want to send her a card. Hugs, Brenda
