Hey ladies, I'm Amber Noah I am a mom of 3 children, I am also a Modern Homesteader, or at least I'm trying to be. The summer made it real difficult to0 start this learning process. We have chickens, a cat, and a dog right here in Wichita KS. I found the Farmgirl Sisterhood after my husband picked a magazine from the store that showed how to make a Chicken cage for inside that was made of an antique baby bed. After that I was hooked. I'm excited to be here I hope the are more than just a couple of Kansas girls getting together to work on badges would be great.
I want there to be no peasant in my kingdom so poor that he cannot have a chicken in his pot every Sunday.

Welcome Amber, I live about 3 hrs NE of you. But if weather is permitting we will be heading to Wichita in a few days. Just join in on the forum and if you have any ideas you think we'd all like to do, just suggest it and we'll see how it goes. So glad that you have joined us. Hugs, Brenda
