Happy Day After Mothers Day Everyone!!! Hope yours was as Lovely as
mine was.

I do already know many of you in this Hen House...so, i already feel
right at home. But there are a few of you that I don't know and you
probably don't know me either...so here are a few things about me.

I joined MJF in early 2011 and became active right away. I just loved everything about The Farmgirl Mentality...and have always been a farmgirl at heart. I was raised on A Farm when I was young...but early
on my parents discovered that I was allergic to all most all farm animals. But when we moved off the Farm in Montana...we still stayed
in very Rural Farming Towns until I was in Jr. High...and then we moved to the City. But I have always remained a true blue farmgirl
at heart...despite being allergic. LOL

I am a Retired Pastor's wife. My husband and I have 6 kids between us
and 9 grandchildren. I teach a weekly in home Bible Study Group and have had this same group of women for 24 yrs. Now we have added some
of their daughters into the Group. Keeping Women In The Word...has been and will always be my true calling. This Bible Study Group is made up of women from 6 different Churches. The first question most people ask me is..."How does that work?" Actually it works quite beautifully. When I started the Group I asked that each woman agree to leave all Church doctrine at the door when they came into study.
And That any question or point of disagreement we had...would be settled and answered through The Word Alone. And each woman agreed
and that is why it has been so successful for 24 years. Our goal is to bring each woman into a closer relationship with Jesus Christ.

Now...about what I like to do in my spare time:

1. I love to Spoil my grandchildren and consider myself a "Cookie Jar
Grandmama"

2. I am an avid reader. Bible first and then Mysteries,Sci-Phi,and Action Books and historical fiction. I like to read Series and stand alone books. Also love magazines such as MJF, Victorian,Craft & Cooking magazines too.

3. I should have been born in the Victorian Era (other than the dress) I love Victorian everything. And my style of decorating my
home is what I call: Victorian, Eclectic, Antique, Up-cycle.

4. I am an avid Photographer (especially flowers) and have won some
Photography Competitions though not in the Floral Category. LOL

5. I write Inspirational Poetry.

6. I knit, crochet, garden (both veggie & floral),and do mixed media art and crafting of all kinds.

7. I have a Scottish Terrier named Snickers. He is two years old and
just a bundle of fun. He has the sweetest personality.

8. I collect: Angels, Hearts, Birds & Bird cages, Journals (I'm the Journal Queen) and all things Scottish Terrier related.

Well, I guess you now know everything about me but my weight, height, and blood type. Ha Ha!!!

So happy to be among you all and looking forward to all the fun we can scratch up together here in the Hen House...with our lovely & fearless leader...Debbie.

Hugs and Smiles,
Peggy
