It has been a roller coaster to say the least. When I saw RAOK I was so happy. And I am glad in is here in the henhouse.

| I was so thrilled to get a RAOK surprise from Julie! In the "Share Your State" swap on the big site we were partners and Julie included scented soy tarts in her fabulous Montana box. She found out I didn't have a burner, so what did I receive? You guessed it, with two lovely scented wax tarts! Thoughtful, generous-- that's Farmgirl! Thanks so much, Julie! :) |

| Blessed by you sweet ladies is an understatement! Life has been so hard here lately, but you guys truly brought a smile to my face! I too received a beautiful necklace in the mail - No way to know who sent it, so whoever you are, thank you so much!!!! I also received two gifts for Emi... Carole sent an adorable newborn outfit (which is perfect because my babies ALWAYS start out in newborn clothes, as 0-3 months are swimming on them!). Katie sent me a beautiful quilt for her. Thank you so much sweet ladies!!!! |

| No thank you Shannon! I had such a great time shopping for Emi. I went with my baby, who is not so much a baby anymore (A fine young lady of 18 years old) and what fun we had looking for something cute for Emi to wear. Brought back so many memories of my little girl and shopping for her. What a joy it was to dress her! Sigh! They grow up so quickly! Glad you like it! It was a team effort! lol |

Oh Denise!!!!!!!!! Thank you so much! My hubby brought in the mail this afternoon and I saw I had a package. I had an immediate drop in my gut, thinking I had forgotten about a swap! My brain has been so asleep here recently - or just plain and simply absent. And then I opened it. My fears turned into tears! What an absolutely beautiful sweater for Emi! Thank you so very very much!!!!! Your talent blows my mind!
Emi is my seventh child.... My oldest and first-born is the only child that has been so spoiled and celebrated as Emi is! It truly truly blows my mind, warms my heart, and brings tears to my eyes, of the generosity that has come from my Farmgirl sisters! Thank you!

I am so you glad you and Emi got your package. So much fun being in on getting ready for a new baby. Looking forward to your sweet ones arrival.
My Emi is going to be 3 in December. She was just here in June with her Momma and sister, Annie who is 4, 5 in December. Their birthdays are 4 days apart. I was able to see them again when we went to the wedding and they will be coming for a visit in October. I don't get to go to their house anymore so it is nice to have them visit. It had been 9 months since we had seen them before June. I was so happy to hear you are calling her Emi. Glad you like the sweater. Hoping she fits in it while the weather is cool there. |

Today the mailman brought me no envelopes, but rather 5 boxes... two of the boxes were diapers, lol, that we ordered (one for Emi and the other for Aly). Another box was the scoby I bartered with Kelly to receive on the main forum. The other two boxes withheld gems <3 Winnie sent an adorable outfit for Emi, as well as a mug for myself, a couple tea bags, and a rug mug. LOVE them all! Thank you so much! The other box was from Amy. In it was a gift bag that contained a beautifully cross stitched bib, a cute pair of shoes, and some body butter for this momma. Thank you Amy!!!!!
My children have been fascinated watching this process over the last couple weeks, as you guys have blessed our family with your generosity! We had gone to a baby shower not that long ago, and my children could not wrap their brains around why Emi was not having one... why a first baby was more important than any others. I hadn't realized how much it hurt them to not have a shower for Emi, until I saw their joy and the uplifting in their spirits as you guys have done a virtual baby shower for her. Thank you all so much!!!! |
