Thank you all, my sweet friends! Nothing planned at this time.
Our mini vacation, as I called it, was the trip on Monday to get the puppy. What beautiful country! Tall pine trees, cotton ready to be stripped. We even saw a gin with its huge bales of cotton. Much larger than those I remember from my youth. So i think that was my special day. |

| Thank you my friends! This has been such a fun birthday! Because Bay had call on Wednesday night and over the weekend, we celebrated on the 6th. Lasagne,salad and bread sticks. I love lasagne and my DIL makes one of the BEST! Cheesecake for dessert! Great gifts with Oddles of love! |

Top picture is a big, very nice tote bag. "Spread Love where ever you Go!"
The book is next along with the kitchen towel , " "Horse lovers are stable people."
To the right you can see "freckle cookies", a night light " I love you to the moon and back!"
Then a page in the book so cute!!!The last photo shows cracker jacks and the card

Thank you Sherry, for the special birthday box you sent!
As you can all see...it is a delightful box with coffee, cookies, a mug rug, with pockets, a candle in a cream jar, a Swedish dish cloth made of sponge, awesome smelling Sweet Cream body lotion(Had and I tried some on our dry hands!!) Then there is the little altered wood block magnet that says, "make today AMAZING, with a fuzzy gone to seed Dandelion! Then there is the birthday card!

You know that today is Columbus day, A postal holiday...but not everyone is relaxing at home with their second cup of coffee...because a lady brought me a box!
It is a special box, A birthday box from Debbie Klann!
She sent some caramel coffee, some Constant Comment tea, and a big bag of Cracker Jacks! Then there was a beautiful birthday card.
Thank you Debbie, I love it all and a cup of the coffee is pumping through the Keurig right now...yum!

This sweet package came today...from Darlene in California!
She sent me a !little teddy to love, two little spatulas, a coaster with an old truck and a mamma dog and three puppies pictured. A delicious cookie treat and three teas...Uncle Sam and a sweet card! I love it all! Thank you!!!
When I was nine and our house burned down we had to move to town. After being crammed into one room, all 5 of us for a month, mother found us an upstairs apartment. . Our neighbors, also lived in an upstairs apartment...just like ours. I was fascinated by them...the mother sounded so different when she spoke, she served supper the minute the kids walked in the door, after school. She served tea in goblets just like my mother...but they poured milk or cream in their tea. I have never tried it but now I will since one of the teas is Royal milk tea. I will have it hot, not iced. |

I wanted you all to see these pieces that came in my mail from Ida Jane Rooney. She is so creative. She is very artistic and never afraid to learn a new skill or remember what she learned as a kid! She sent me an Autumn pumpkin that I love but it also smells so good!! She also made a sunny floral pin cushion which I also love. Next is an acorn she crocheted, with its little hat!!!
The reason I wanted you share is because so many of us have been swapping over on the main swapping page. I have had Ida Jane as my partner several times...so I thought you might get some ideas!!!

The strip with the 2 buttons is a mask extender. Some people don't like the loops on their ears and you can use the extended so the loops go behund your head. You may need to add to the loops to use it or use it with another mask. I thought a cute fall mask would fit the season. LOL! |
