I was recently gifted a gooseberry cookbook (thank you Debbie) and look what I found when I was flipping through it: Did you catch who it's from? One of our own wildflowers!!! I'll have to get some chicken and try it!

That's so cool - I love Gooseberry Patch cookbooks. I have quite a few but I don't think I have that one. Hope you all enjoy the chicken!
