| I got my Secret Santa package today! It came at the end of my lunch break, so I just had time to whisk it safely inside before heading back to work, but I will open it later! It is definitely giving me something to look forward to! |

| I'm glad you received it Marcy. The pencil and note cards came from an art museum in Amsterdam. I had Danny bring me backs gifts from his travels for the holidays. I thought you might find them interesting. You can read the history behind the artist online. Pretty cool. Merry Christmas |

I finally made it to the post office today so my Secret Santa package will hopefully arrive to it intended on Monday. Somehow I ended up hosting three Christmas parties this week (two down - one more tomorrow) so I was a little distracted (aren't I always!!)
My sweet package has been patiently waiting under my tree until I had mine ready to go. I plan to open it this weekend when I can curl up and enjoy the moment. Thanks to my Santa - it's been fun to gaze at the package wondering what surprises I will find inside. I will post photos this weekend - promise!
Now I'll go scroll through all your photos and see what wonders you all have received. |

Happy Sunday before Christmas!
Whew - all of our holiday parties have been hosted and I took a little me-time this morning to treat myself with my Secret Santa package.
What lovely goodies I found inside. My Secret Santa knows I love crafty things and I received a fun apron panel, a really cool red Christmas quilt panel, a Little Quilts quilt pattern as well as a sweetly made kitchen towel and paper-pieced stocking ornament. Thank you so much for making my Christmas even merrier!
I'm off to curl up and enjoy my loot! Thanks Santa - and Debbie for organizing us all!

Laura, such lovely gifts. Your secret Santa was Jean Pici and she enjoyed making your gifts. She can not get on the forum or in the HH so I am her voice!
Almost all gifts are received, it won’t be long u til everyone has their treasures.

Dear Secret Santa: I finally gave into temptation and opened my box today! I was really enjoying the anticipation but I am so glad I didn’t wait any longer!!!! I absolutely LOVE everything!!! I have the cute little gingerbread man hanging in my kitchen and the chocolate hidden from the family:)

| Hello Debbie, I am your secret Santa!! I am so excited you got your package earlier than expected and that you love it!! I saw on your profile that you loved fiber arts, so on a recent trip to the mountains with my sisters, I knew I had to visit the Alpaca farm and find you something special. I fell in love with all of it!!! The owner was a young single mom who dared to chase her dream in 2003, and now has a thriving business. I was intrigued by all of this and had to buy her book. It explains her story and struggles to make it a reality. I binge read it last weekend so that I could send on to you. I hope you enjoy reading it as much as I did.The Alpaca’s name is on the label, so if you need more for a project, that’s what you ask for and it will always be a match. That’s what I found amazing. All of their yarns are natural, no dyes. I couldn’t decide by color, so I chose by name, “Sunny”. They do sell other yarns imported from Chile that are dyed. The tours were full that day but we got to shop. So I didn’t get to meet the Alpacas face to face, but I will definitely be going back to take the tour next year. The sweet little lady that ran the store shared so many stories with us as well as taking us through the barn to see the Angora goats!! First ones I have ever seen with curly hair, they were beautiful. I might just have to learn to knit myself! I enjoyed being your secret Santa and hope your family has a very Merry Christmas and a blessed new year. |
