| I think the rise in postage has also made it hard for people to mail so many cards out. I think I heard USPS prices will increase again with the start of 2024. |

| USPS Service is the pits! They keep raising rates but lowering service standards. And I mailed something in a priority envelope on Friday, and my receipt says it would be delivered Monday - 2 days ago; I checked today and it was just delivered today!!! 2 days later than it said. You just can't trust the USPS. |

Trying to slow down. LOL! Family Christmas was last night, so now to put away all the Christmas dishes, clean up the house a bit, return the highchair we borrowed for Dawson to use last night, and rest a little. My hips have been hurting me more than usual, maybe because of the humidity and weather, and hope that in a month I can do all the walking necessary in Vietnam.

| One of my brothers once fell asleep behind the bedroom door while waiting to catch a glimpse of Santa Clause. Mom found him when she checked to be sure all were sleeping before they brought out the presents. LOL! |

| I love the snow scenes. Wish we'd get some snow- I love seeing the white blanket of snow in the morning, and in Texas we don't get that very much. |
