We will for sure have a 2026 challenge. Maybe 175?
I think those badge ideas sound good! I really like the pie and tea ones. |

I love the idea of another badge challenge in 2026. I also love the idea of pie and tea badges! With all of the creativity out there......there are endless possibilities! |

Pie, tea, tracking and geocaching! Amazing!
There is a slightly irreverent running club out here called the Hash House Harriers. They send someone ahead to be the "fox" and mark a path with flour with plenty of side tracks and dead ends. The fast runners get some extra mileage discovering the dead ends and leaving signs to the back of the pack to follow the more direct path. I always thought that was a cool concept to make more family friendly (less emphasis on finding the beer cooler and blue jokes).
Could have sworn there was a geocache challenge buried in Orienteering/Geography, but then checking back, nope. It could easily be its own standalone badge -- in fact, the Girl Scouts have it (letter boxing). |

175 sounds like a good challenge.
Does anyone have a system for keeping their badge work organized or any parts they can share?
At this point, I backfill start-end-applied dates on the list of all the badges when I apply. Fallon and I mostly manage our work by skimming through the badge descriptions on free moments until we realize we have completed/almost completed some level and then hustle to finish the final steps and apply. Surely, there must be a less chaotic approach! |
