Today is National Pet Day show us a photo of your FurBabies. I for one could never live without a dog in my life.

We said goodbye to Kai last Saturday night. She was almost 15 and we had been inseparable since I adopted her at 8 weeks and moved cross country with her. She was the ultimate wing dog, she brought me and my husband together and helped us make so many friends and memories along the way.
Thankfully, Rho (in my arms in the wedding photo on top of Mammoth mountain) is still going strong at 13.

All of you babies are precious! Here is my sweet Merlin, I’m not sure he would get along too well with Bella, Rho or Charley though.
He has been with us for 13 years and has become quite the traveler. He will take turns riding on
our laps when we travel to NC and back, and sometimes will take a nap in the backseat. We do
love our Fur Babies don’t we? |
A day hemmed in prayer is less likely to unravel.

Oh Merlin is so sweet! How cool that he goes with you on all your trips. Cats live so much longer than doggies sadly. My Prancer Cat was almost 22 when I finally had to put him asleep, broke my heart. Yes, all animals are meant to be loved and cared for always as they give so much to us.

Christine, so sorry you lost your sweet Kai... our fur babies definately become part of our heart and soul. I'm sure Rho is missing Kai as well. Both so beautiful!
Merlin reminds me of my late Romeo - I miss having a kitty, but hubs and youngest allergic. I love that he travels so well with you! One of my old bosses just lost their beloved kitty who was leash trained and travelled everywhere with them. I think so many people underrate our feline friends!
They are all fur ANGELS here on earth and brings so much love and joy to our lives! God Bless each and every one of them!! XO |

A day late, but here is my brood of fur boys! Charlie puppers, Applejack (Orange), and Nutmeg aka Tinkybitz (black). They sure keep things entertaining around here!
Love the pictures of everyone's fuzzy friends, both with us and in memories. I have a couple kitties that have passed on that are never far from my thoughts as well. |

Love all the pictures!!! I think you've all seen my kitties once or twice LOL! None of mine are in the house.
Christine - what breed are those beautiful dogs? They look like huskies but smaller - were they puppies in the pictures or are they something else? |
