| Dandle and Ataraxia set in while I was shelling peas tonight. I remember the smell of the freshly popped pods and the taste of those little balls of sweetness in my mouth, as a little girl in my grandmother's garden. |

| I have been reflecting on whether elenge can influence our memory of time. Do the elenge experiences make it feel like time is flying by in retrospect? Maybe? My adult years with their routine tedium seem to be flying by so much faster in retrospect than a childhood so thinly sliced with novel experiences. |
