We should be grounding everyday, I have read that even five minutes is beneficial to the body.
I hope you find time to connect to the earth tomorrow.
This word may have Greek origin from “lilipous”, meaning unshod. |

| Do y'all have "nelipot in the house" rules? I thought it might help keep the floors clean but since kiddo is nelipot both in and outdoors, I am not sure it makes much difference. |

I balter, all the time.....and then sometimes I falter! LOL
Wanda Sue, I had a neighbour meet me in the grocery store once and she boldly told me that my kids were having a party Saturday morning while I was away...I was not away; I told her that was me! I crank up the music and sing (not well) and dance and love my housecleaning that way. She was embarrassed...for me! LOL |

| Jeanette, isn’t it fun? I got caught one Spring morning while I was vacuuming. All the windows and doors were open to air out the house, and I was singing to the top of my lungs. Our house sat back in the edge of some woods with no close neighbors. Then out of the blue a vacuum salesman is banging on the door, lol. |

This is what I enjoy most about a hike through the woods. I’m kind of obsessed with trees, in case you didn’t already know that. |

I'm with you on that ladies. But I sure love hiking through the woods to see it.
I can't say I balter. I love to dance so it isn't without grace. Though I've changed so it may look that way. Lol.

Girls you should listen to the female group, First Aid Kit. Americana Folk, they are so good. My Neice introduced them to me. The Best of First Aid Kit is their best album.
They are a Swedish group. |
