"Young Cultivator" Fallon Fischer turns 7 on October 6th. She is observing it a day early at *6* Flags with some new platform shoes and a topknot so that she might meet the height requirement for the rides her chaperone is most interested in (his bday is Oct 30, so he is celebrating very early).
