Didn't know wheather to post this in the garden or in the Kitchen but here goes. Has anyone ever froze green tomatoes. I froze some the other day. Sliced them and put them on a cookie sheet and froze them, then put them in a bag. I have not had a chance to try and fry the frozen sliced green tomatoes. Have you ever done that. I have loads of green tomatoes. We have not had a freeze yet. Will harvest some more tomorrow. Just wondering.
