I just went and picked the garlic scapes this morning for a total of 75! WooHoo! Now to figure out what I am going to do with all of these. Dry, freeze, Pickle? Tough decisions!

Just sautee in olive oil and enjoy! We've been having a few with dinner a couple times a weeks. Yummy!
