Has anyone tried worm castings in their garden? We are attempting to fix our damaged soil for sustainable gardening. Put in Chicken manure, compost, but it's still"crusting" on the top. Any ideas?

i use worm castings it takes a lot of it. but if you make it your self then no worries. i use the worms for protein for my chickens also. happy days sherrye
